Message From the Provincial
The Montfort Missionaries made their inaugural landing on Indian soil in 1974, marking the inception of a journey that has spanned four decades. Armed with the mission program outlined by their founder, St. Louis Marie de Montfort, their aim was clear: the renewal of the church. What began as a humble seed planted by Italian Montfortian Missionaries has since blossomed into a towering tree of life, its branches extending across various states and countries including Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Goa, and Tamil Nadu.Guided by the Eternal Incarnate Wisdom, the Montfortions united in a collaborative spirit, dedicating themselves to the earthly mission. Today, the tree of their labor has transcended national borders, attaining an international presence. Yet, amidst this global expansion, the core mission remains steadfast. The Montfort Mission persists, its journey unceasing, its purpose undiminished.
